Born from a Conversation Most People Avoid

Queens of Business began with a simple, provocative statement: "Women don't back women." Not as an accusation, but as an honest starting point for real conversation.

Co-founders Aimee Tink and Chinelle Wardle had both experienced it. The subtle competitiveness. The missing support. The networking groups that celebrated without actually advancing anyone. They decided to build something different.

The Idea Takes Shape

Aimee Tink and Chinelle Wardle begin conversations about building a network focused on real action, not just feel-good networking. The concept for Queens of Business is born.

2025

QOB is Founded

Queens of Business officially launches as a movement. First members join, brand partners come on board, and the foundation of a premium community begins to form.

The Community Grows

16+ brand partners. A partnership network exceeding 500,000 followers. Directors, shareholders and community partners aligned with the QOB vision.

2026

Unspoken is Born

The not-for-profit arm of QOB, Unspoken, is established under the directorship of Nina Nguyen, extending the movement's philanthropic reach across Welfare and Education Australia wide.
